STEAD

Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms cover this website (heystead.com), early-access sign-ups, and the Stead app while it’s in early access. Stead is still being built, so expect changes — we’ll update this page and the date above when these terms change.

Using this site and the app

By using heystead.com or the Stead app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Early access

Asking for early access registers your interest in Stead. It is not a purchase, a contract, or a promise of access by any particular date. We’ll email you when your spot is ready.

Your data and your device

Stead has no account or password — your data is tied to your device. If you lose the device or delete the app, you lose access to that data. You can export or delete it at any time from Profile → Settings. You must be 18 or older to use Stead.

No medical advice

Nothing on this site or in the app is medical advice. Stead does not interpret lab results, diagnose conditions, or recommend medication — it never will. If you have a health concern, talk to a registered doctor.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

The Stead name, logo, app and site content belong to us. Please don’t reuse them without asking.

No warranty

The site and the app are provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. We’re actively building — expect rough edges, and don’t rely on Stead as your only record of anything important.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Stead, or for anything arising from an order you place with Swiggy or a restaurant.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
